
When I finished the Winter palace, I was curious about how would the scene look in the spring time. What you see here is the Winter Palace, but facing the other direction. All the architectural elements were sculpted in Z brush then baked on a lower polygon model with normal maps, and specular maps . The grass and foliage are 2D sprites with polygon vines. I created the sky box in Photoshop to give a sunrise look. and rendered bloom effects from 3ds Max default rendering.
